About GroPro:

From the curb, no two for-purpose buildings (e.g., YMCAs) look exactly alike. But many of the pieces inside – flooring, ceilings, paints, mechanical systems (HVAC), windows, furniture, etc. – come from the same suppliers.

How? GroPro helps clients select and buy building materials that will perform well in their intended environments. In other words, they meet national quality standards based on real world experiences. Suppliers have also been vetted for their service and sales support and their performance in sometimes-challenged supply chains  – important for keeping construction projects on schedule. GroPro has also negotiated extended warranties and, just as important, proprietary pricing (i.e., lower costs). 

How do we do that? We do the legwork that enables high performance buildings because we believe that nonprofits should get the same quality, warranties, service, and pricing as a national hotel chain.
