Grant barnett-Albinar

Administrative Lead

It’s wrong to say that Tracy Wynn is all numbers. Of course as the Gro CFO, her job is financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. This guides the strategic and operational decisions that take Gro to the next level in what it does: provide professional facilities and real estate services to mission-driven organizations.

In fact this quantitative person connects with what Gro accomplishes – and what Gro clients do – on a qualitative level. “This firm humbly serves to advance the initiatives of the national’s charitable organizations,” she observes. “The financial analysis I provide is a tool that enables better understanding and control of the key value drivers of the organization. This helps us all navigate the ever-changing financial landscape.”

She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in finance from North Carolina State University  (Raleigh). Her previous work experiences include commercial real estate, retail banking, college/university finance, and large scale municipal and federal infrastructure and transportation projects. She has worked as a project controller for top globally ranked firms in engineering and design.

She enjoys the sense of giving back and paying it forward through Gro’s work. And she can do it from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, not far from her family’s farm (East Bend, NC) where family and her dog Chance reside – working the quantitative and qualitative angles at a place she calls home.
