Rod Grozier is the President and CEO of Gro, a multi-disciplinary professional services firm rooted in the power of place.

As a grateful and proud product of youth-focused institutions and community frameworks, Rod is an advocate for community health, social equity, and youth development. A thirty-year veteran and out-spoken champion of the YMCA enterprise, Rod served on staff at the organization’s national resource center – the YMCA of the USA – in the 1990s.
